There are many jobs out there that need certain services, especially when it comes to paper. Nearly all those services have to do with copying other papers. However, few people has a copier or will go back and forth to do copies constantly. We have read about another option referred to as copier leasing.
Just how long you can have the copier will depend on the lease that you agreed to. However, many are around 3 to 5 years that I have found. Just know that most of these do not lead to your owning the copier when you're done with the lease.
The amount that you pay doesn't just be dependent on just how long the lease is and also the type of copier. A simple copier will cost significantly less to lease than the usual that does multiple jobs or that handles creating a large amount of copies.
Should you choose come to the end of the lease, you will generally have to send it to the company that leased it to you. However, there are companies that will let you buy the copier outright at the current value of the model.
Easily was running a business and could not afford to get a good copier for my needs, then I would consider carrying this out. Like anything else, I simply recommend finding a model and lease that suits your needs and budget. It will help pay for itself when it helps you make copies to your business.
